All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or becomes defective within 30 days of normal use, you may be eligible for a replacement. To qualify:

  1. Report the Issue – Contact us within 15 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide Evidence – Submit clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
  3. Approval Process – Once verified, we will send a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.

Exclusions

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or modifications is not covered.
  • Requests made after the 15-day period will not be honored.
